There are more causes to be outraged at - the current drug culture, the crime rate, binge drinking....... all of which do harm to society as a whole. The 6% or so of the population that is homosexual does not affect me one jot. The fact of their homosexuality does not harm me, frighten me or cost me anything in any way.
People do not choose their sexuality - it is not a personal choice. It is the way we are born and knowing about homosexuality or seeing two males kissing will not influence a person's sexual inclinations.
You assume that I am a white heterosexual woman - you don't know that. All you know for sure is that I am a retired woman. Now you are assuming I wish to promote homosexuality. I don't believe it can be promoted in the sense you mean. And to say it will be compulsory is a nonsense.
Maybe I don't have a problem with homosexuals because I have had many homosexual friends and acquaintances. I have also known many that I don't particularly like - the same as heterosexuals.
There are many countries where homosexuality is illegal, but I wouldn't want to live in any of them:
