I don't know, but he gets on my wick. He over-acts his part and so moves like an action man and has his jaw constantly tensed, which looks ridiculous not "hard" or "tough". I hope he leaves the series soon.

Grant was nice in his day, kind of scarily looks like a baby now though, don't you think? And aside from being flabby, Phil is also always stubbly which makes me think it wouldn't be very nice to kiss him.
