it was awful I agree, but as soaps are addressing more and more issues these days that people want to talk about and discuss I guess it was only a matter of ime until this issue arose somewhere. I'm just glad it wasn't on Eastenders, they seem to dela with delicate issues like this one like a bull in a china shop!

PS it's an English soap, not an Australian one!

but we don't know exactly what happened yet. Gilly has assumed this guy is a peadophile he may have just been seeing if the boy was ok. The one thing I do like about Hollyoaks apart from all the uber skinny and gorgeous girls is that they do tackle current issues. I know the issues they deal with are sometimes scary and especially when the programme is on quite early but regardless of that I am glad they show things like anorexia and drugs as my kids watch it and if they dont learn from me telling them not to do it hopefully they will learn from seeing it on there. That aside, I do hope if this story line does go on to peadophilia that it doesn't involve Tom (as well as any other kid) as he has had enough to deal with.

My housemate laughed at me and said this is what happens in the worls, o of course realise this but, urgh....you see enough of that in the news nowadays!
there has been hints all along if you watch carefully that he is a bit to close to kids...the way he looks at them and stuff.....Ick - wouldnt fancy being him - he'lll get yelled at down the street!
