To be honest....no.

Not really plausible, is it? She buries him alive, digs him up, and it's him that's upset and apologising?

i think the actor that plays max is apalling.
he has the same expression for all moods and im fed up of seeing him on the cover of all the tv mags!
So does he die or does he make a great escape? I never liked him, always smug and yes he does always have the same facial expressions regardless of his emotion.
This was completely ruined for me by the usual unbelievable timings etc. Just where is this quiet `forest` where he was buried? Is it supposed to be on an allotment off Commercial Road seeing as the two of them, and then just her, got there and back so quick? He had a quick slurp back home then looked as good as new, She didn`t even have that and still looked fairly clean - this despite digging the grave up with her bare hands! And, seeing that Max had the coffin lid on, even if not screwed down, it was covered with soil which surely would have caused him a lot more breathing problems in the time it took Tanya to get back to Walford and then change her mind and return.

If I anticipate than an episode is going be be like this, and they all run true to form, I make sure that I record it so I can fast-forward most of it!
Was it Epping Forrest she buried him in? I doubt she'd have ever been able to find the grave again in real life. Lets hope wooden max doesn't return to Walford.
He was in the coffin for about five hours and yet he wasn't dead, yeah right! What about the coffin, will the police not be wondering why it's there or are we expected to believe it's decomposed overnight?

yeah, even though i still thought it was fairly good, i agree with all your valid points, especially her finding the exact spot he was buried in so quickly etc, plus the grave didnt seem very deep attall when she was helping him back out.
i hope he hasnt left for long though, as i still do like him, even if you do say his acting is as wooden as the coffin he was in! lol
The soil looked nice and dry too.
I am sure he will be back......even if only to give evidence at Tanya's trial!

I thought the scenes were uncomfortable viewing as well! A bit much for pre-watershed don't you think? I agree too that it was unrealistic - Tanya didn't even have dirty hands!!
how did they get a coffin in the first place its not somthing you buy in the supermarket
We did see Sean picking up the coffin from an undertakers on Tanya`s instructions but it is still far fetched
