Just watched lost (restarted again tonight). Can anyone honestly say that they understand all the twists and turns in it , who are the goodies and who are the baddies. I kep watching cos I just want to know all the answers but my memory is appalling and I keep forgetting how everyone's lives crossed before the crash and then we go into the future..... oh I'm really confused but hooked!!

I have to say, I think the character Ben is one of the best TV creations ever...you just can't work out if he is a goodie or baddie!
