Yes it was for real. The poor gilr looked awful. I think she got into a state about the final offer and it made her faint. The paramedics came and took her away then Noel Edmonds said half an hour had passed and she had only fainted and was ok. They put a camera in with her so she could wave to her husband.

Oh right. My Sky+ box was playing up because of thunder and lightning here so I had no sound, just squeaks!!
