Here is a real gutsy Superwoman from Team GB ...

Nicola Minichiello is our Women's Bobsleigh driver ... and that takes balls (so to speak).

If you don't know how much effort is needed to push start a bobsleigh ... take a look at Nicola's legs! And yes ... they probably could crush you.

Having a calamity jayne bum seems to be a trait of winter sports women, especially skaters. Is it something to do with the training?

Winter sports generally require massive lower body stablity, carrust.

Your bum is the biggest muscle group in your body, and makes a big contribution to lower body strength.

Mine gets a regular workout from running on the beach ... plus I work it at the gym.

You can tell people who have good core stability. Even if they are not very heavy, when you push them, they feel as though you can't push them over. That's down to glute and abs conditioning. Nicola looks about as stable as they come!
