Have missed some, why is Phils daughter ic care? What has happened to her mum and the new daddy we last saw her with at the park?

She ran away from her mum and was found by Ronnie, who looked after her for a short time. Ronnie decided that a home with Phil wasn't a suitable environment for the child, so reported the situation to social services.

Bit of a nutter, is Ronnie, but you can see where she was coming from.
