Paint chipped off

Came back to my car after shopping today and found that some lovely person had obviously 'touched' their car with mine causing two points of about 3cm x 1mm where the paint is now flaking off.

I know it had just been done as the car is only 2 years and until now has been in immaculate condition, its not dented but the 2 marks are really annoying me now as the car is white and is now showing the black underneath.

Its not big enough to put through the insurance so was thinking of getting a touch up pen, do they work or do they make it look worse?

Any advice appreciated.

Some body like "Chips Away" or similar will do it pretty reasonably too. I've used them before and they've done a really good job. They do it at your home too. There should be one local to you.

another vote for chipsaway. They performed a miracle on my brand new car when some barsteward scraped it in my dentist's carpark. It will be much dearer than a DIY job but worth it if the car is in nice nick.
It will be dearer woof but not as much as a body shop would charge. Also the paint will match identically, it will look as new.
If nothing else, it's worth a free quote?

MASS, I agree with you absolutely, way cheaper than a garage or body shop, but a lot dearer than DIY!
