My Grand Cherokee "clunks" as each wheel drops into a pot hole. It's a '97 model and the springs look ok to me. Is this caused by worn bushes or dampers and if so how easy are they to replace myself. Failing that are there any specialist garages that will sort this out for me (in east Cheshire).
