Does anybody know how to bleed a clutch on a ford focus 2000 model?

hi there. you need two people.one to pump the clutch pedal and one to open and close the bleed nipple.
top up the reservoir first. have your assistant push down on the pedal.
while they are holding the pedal down open the bleed nipple for a fraction of a second when air or fluid is released
close the nipple and have your assistant release the pedal
carry out the same thing again remembering to only open the nipple a small amount , but open and close it kwik.
should take about 7 or 8 pumps of the pedal to get some sort of feel back on the clutch pedal
