peugeot car stereo pass code problem

HI, I just bought a peugeot 306 merdian. The stereo which come with the car need a pass code which the owner did not have. Can anyone please provide me with the pass code.
These are the details of my stereo :
MODEL: PU-2294A-C
SERIEL NO: CL0401Z0567269.

Hi, what is the make of the radio?

Hi thanks for helping me. I have tried to see what is the make of the radio, but I t does not say. All it is that it is standard peugeot 306 radio and in the manual it is listed as (audio rd1) cd player and radio. The model no is listed above. Please see if this helps and once again thanks for helping :). Ihave looked on the web and it says that (CLARION) nomally provide stereo for peugeot 306. The pad on the stereo only have digit from 1 to 6. thanks

Hi, You will have to help me with the Barr Codes from the rear of the radio, If you have the removal tool, remove the radio If you do not have the removal tool go into any car spares shop explain the type of radio (Clarion) you want to remove, the tools are under a fiver the tools look alike a ( T)
if you look at the bottom of the radio where the BND button is and futher along just under the ^^ T-M ^^ Button the tools slip under the facia panel there, insert the tools then draw the radio out you have no need to pull it all the way just enough to read the bar codes, If there are 2 bar codes send me the 2 but it is normaly the bottom one. If you can do this I can get you the code.

HI I managed to take out the stereo from the car. I didn't know what code to read, so please see below what was writtern on the stereo.
(model:pu-2294a(c). ASSEMBLED IN EC-ASSEMBLEM EN CE
E13 (this is boxed) then it writtern 020410.

other numbers are 286-8497-33 and just under this it is: 96 392 195 80.

I also opened the front panel of the stereo and I can see the case of the cd player. There are two more numbers :9290093-80 and next to it just on the side of the actual panel of the stereo it is writtern :t11140803b. thanks and hope this helps :)

I presume you have the correct handbook to install the Code? Let me know how you go on but I think it will be the first 2 of the above.

Hi Thanks for all the hard work my friend but, none of the baove pass codes worked. I bit confused. And I only have 4 more goes untill the stereo will die. It says after 14th go. The stereo will show END instead of error, which normally sets after few minutes it reset in order for me to enter a new number. But it says after 14th go It will show enad. no error. does that mean I cannot function the stereo again???. ????????

Only just got back I see you are still having trouble with the codes? As I said, If there are 2 Barr Codes on the radio let me have the 2, Please do not take this the wrong way! You are aware of the Barr Codes? the ones they use at ASDA for price up your products, I have sent a few codes out of late and have all been ok, I do not like giving up so see if you have the right codes and also, are you putting the codes in the right way? let me know, There is no problem helping you thats why we are all here.

Sorry for late reply, I have checked the stereo again and there is only 1 sticker which has the serial no: CL0401Z0567269 only. There is no other sticker with the bar code. And say if the code was 3154. I normally punch them in as 3 1 5 4 as per the digits on the stereo. I really cant understand why its not accepting the code which you provided me?????

Last attempt on this lol, take the radio out of the car take the lid off, look inside where the Printed Circuit board is, The Diods you see are the codes , Eg, if you see 1.2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 if the codes starts with 1, the number has a line through it, The if its No 4 that will have line through it, If you get stuck with my Info, If poss leave me your Tel No then I can explain it through to you.
