This is my first foray into the "Motoring" section, so please be gentle with me.

I'm planning to buy a car in the next couple of weeks. It's a choice between the following. Does anyone have any advice? I think I have a front runner, and I've test driven all of them, but I'm interested if anyone has any views or advice. The ones I've looked at have been 1-2 years old, if that makes any difference.

Landcruisers are great off road, but handle and roll like a granny with a 3 legged zimmer frame on tarmac.

my existence, you use a very apt word, is of memory and a thankfulness that I was found, rescued and offered the chance to share a current life until it is time for us both to go together.
