Vauxhall Astra Cam Belt Replacement...?

Could anyone tell me when would I need to change the cam belt on my 1999 (V reg) Vauxhall Astra 1.6Ltr 8v? Its done just over 64k miles. Also what would I expect to pay a garage to do it for me (approx)? Many thanks in advance
