you need to provide your Blaupunkt part number which is 10 digits long and usually starts with 764

renault can help you with this. You may be genuine, but no-one on here can verify that the radio you require the code for isnt stolen.

good point redcrx ..... maybe i'm just a little too trusting i never actually thought of it "possilby" being stolen and please malcbatty dont be offended im not actually saying it is ..... its just the thought never crossed my mind x

I know renault charge for this and everyone would prefer to get that sort of thing for free, but you have to consider that it could be stolen.
This request could be genuine, but how can we distinguish? If codes are given out freely then there is never any deterrent to a burglar who may steal stereos for cash. The codes are there for a reason.
