hi there
thinking of going from a 125 to a 600.
passed [restricted for 2 years] bike test last week and had about 9 months road practise.
can you tell me what things should i be particulary aware of going from 125 - 600?

Yes I agree - 9 months road practice is long enough.

Get the 600cc and start enjoying it.

because of the increased weight the handling would be much different, so you would have to adapt your riding style to suit, some bikes feel like they want to go straight all the time so you have lean them into the corners as opposed to turning them.

have a test ride of a few, they can all feel quite different, find one that your comfortable riding before you splash the cash
