crack in windscreen

there is a crack on my windscreen - it is 'clean', you can barely feel it when you run a nail over it ... its just one line about 6", no chips or shattered bits or gaps etc ... so can autoglass repair this with their special resin?

i thought their resin just filled chips...?

or must i just get a new one?

It will not repair a crack Joko, if the crack is in line with you forward vision this is a MOT Failure, do not THUMB the crack ( Press it) other wise it will travel, the only cure if it's bad is to replace, what year of car & what car?

actually you can repair a crack with resin but in reality its not done due to time and the hassle of doing it,often cheaper to replace.
