when driving my pt cruiser come to junction put foot on clutch after few seconds revs start to drop any body have this problem

When you stop and depress the clutch you initially disengage the clutch, but hydraulic fluid starts to seep past the piston and the clutch is slowly starting to engage. You're not moving forward because you have the foot and or hand brake on.

With regards to the above this does rather assume that you stop at a junction in gear.
When you stop put the car in neutral with the handbrake on and see if the problem goes away.
If not there are a number of possible sensors that could be responsible you'd need to plug a diagnostic computer in to check them
