Hi All
I have a car on the mobility scheme which is due for renewal i have placed an order for a new one which is currently being prepared what i would like to know is can i cancel the order up until i put my pin number in when due to collect as i am disgusted with the dealership communication.

no just a run of the mill car auto diesel
Call Motability on 0845 456 4566 for advice.
I would expect first class service from the dealership, so don't be shy about complaining

Yes it is now, I made a phone call to motability and told them of my dilemma and they took a very dim view of the situation and would investigate the problem and told me i could cancel my order if i so wished but suggested i get in touch with the dealership and explain the situation with the manager which i did and they have agreed to pass on the car handover with the manager and severely reprimand the salesperson who was handling the new car which i am quite happy to do as this is the car that suits my needs and have waited for
once again i would like to thank you for your help.
