Do you mean that it runs ICY cold then becomes hot?

Your question isn't clear so I can ony guess what you mean.. the air conditioning starts cold but then turns to warm.. It could be down to a few things.. (1) the system needs topping up (re-gassing) (2) the belt is slipping or broken
