Talking to my Auntie yesterday she is wondering if she will automatically get a renewal of her licence in January when she turns 76, she had no problems at her last renewal and nothing has really changed with her health, what could stop dvlc from issuing one please? She is debating getting a new car but isnt going to bother if she isnt likely to get a new licence
