Number Plates

I put in a bid for a number plate at a DVLA auction a few years ago but someone outbid me.  How can I find out who owns this plate so that I can see if they might resell it ?

I may be wrong, but I dont think you can find out such information. You can go to the RAC website to check certain details, like what cars its on, last date of owner change etc, but no direct name and address stuff.

nope you cant find out details of the owner, but like said above you can type a number plate in on the RAC website and it will tell u what car its on, colour, and year it was made. It doesnt always work tho for some number plates.
