If they are, locate that fuse and change it for one of the same rating.
The Elec Windows could be an issue on their own Amalt, the CL Cold poss be the Door Latch on the Off/S Door pillar, they do have the tendency to fail, Scrap Yard £2, I paid £4 to 2 as spare, the windows could be / the switch, try the passenger side to the drivers side, a connection at the plug, Fues, ( Does the others work?) what are the Windows Issues?
If the fuse links are ok have a look beneath the rear seat...you may find a block connector. This supplies the windows and doors. It may be corroded.

There is no response to the remote fob. I was thinking the relay. Where would we find it.
You will be able to locate the relay by either checking your owners manual or a Haynes manual. There is no standard place as such for a relay in a car, it can even vary year to year. Typically though, you should find it on the same panel as the appropriate fuse for the window motors & locks. Hope this helps.
