Ok, so i've lost the facia plate somehow. Any ideas whether i can buy just a new facia plate?

I think the idea of having a removeable facia is to deter theives from steeling the main unit and selling it.  This is achieved by having a removeable facia that you can't buy seperately.

Having said that, if you can prove to Panasonic that you purchased the unit, I think you can buy a new facia from them, if they still make them.
