I used to deliver cars to auction for a living and the vast majority of radio codes for them could be found simply by looking in the glove compartment.
If that doesn't help, you'll have to pay for the code. Around ten years ago, the Ford main dealer I was working for was charging £15 for a radio code. However sites such as this one (which is generally very well-reviewed) might be a bit cheaper:
