Does anybody know how i stand with my speeding ticket.I got an NIP in about a delivery i carried out 2 weeks ago it first went to the company who named me as the driver then me,but i didnt think i had been speeding, We use a satelite monitoring system in our vans and it gives a minute by minute (distance and average speed)and at 12:10 on that day this confirms i was at 56mph when they say i was going 66mph none of my average speeds was above 62mph for a three and a half hour journey.does anybody know how i stand on this?
