What Is A Car Carousel?

Are they only found in the USA?

They're the vehicular equivalent of Paternoster lifts. I've used this one plenty of times:

PS: The big difference though is that the carousels in car parks stay still while you load your car in or out of them, unlike Paternoster lifts where you need to time your entry and exit to perfection!

Buenchico, I used a lift like the one in your video years ago in Australia. It took passengers to various floors in a multi-storey car park in Adelaide.

My memories of Adelaide seem to centre around the bar, with unlimited free booze during 'happy hour' (which often lasted for most of the evening), at the University of Adelaide. Now that's the way to get the best out of a conference!
