car insuranace is due enxt motnh so i gotta check prices out, who do u think are the cheapest insurers for a young lady driver with one years no claims bonus and under 25 are?

oh and is �600 odd reasonable for that criteria along with a fiat punto 03 1.2 ?

When my insurance was up for renewal, got quote of �350 from Churchill (renewal quote), and �250 from confused. Phoned churchill to cancel, then they dropped quote to �235.

Why didn't they just give me that quote to start with?!?!?

As what everyone else has said try Confused.com but whilst on there look at the insurance companies they don't use and get a separate quote from them.

Also with confused.com I don't know whether you need to put in your telephone number. The last time I used it I got around 6 telephone calls from different insurers all quoting the same thing but didn't know that I'd already taken up a policy with Norwich Union Direct.

I found that Churchill was best. I'm a lady driver and was 24 when I first got insured with them driving a 1.2 litre Punto with just under 1 years no claims. I think I was paying about �800 but it dropped a lot when I hit 25. What I found good with them, is that I added my Dad on to the policy (he's an experienced driver in his 50's) and that really reduced the quote.I only wanted him on 'just in case' but he stayed on because of the price difference.

try barclays insurance tell them you have got a barclays bank account and you get more discount if you dont have one you can always open 1. i am 21 my wife is 20 i have 3 points and also a ban for speeding and i can get insured for about �700 on a 2002 2.5 v6 vectra which is about a group 15/16, most other insurance companys either wouldnt insure me or wanted over �1500 for this car.
