Loss of power from my Yamaha scooter

I have a 50cc Yamaha Neo scooter which has been derestricted and it gets up to 40mph as quick as a flash, I was on it yesterday when the most I could get out of it was 27mph and at times it was struggeling at 15mph! Any ideas why?

Did you put any different fuel in it?
Could be a variety of reasons...
1 - spark plug - dirty of fouling
2 - dirt in your carb
3 - air filter dirty
4 - brakes sticking
5- piston or piston rings

maybe one of the above.
