Probably a CR2032 battery, round flat about the size of a 10p. Open up the fob to check what battery is in there, you won't disconnect it or anything. To replace, simply open the fob, flip out the old battery and put in the new making sure you put it in the right way up. Don't buy the battery from Ford. Google the battery type and you will have loads of on line shop options at miles cheaper prices.
