cd player in a peugeot 405

hi

in my car it has a radio/tape player - but on the little 'door' that you put the TAPE in it says Compact disc...? and IT has buttons to play a cd...

does this mean there is a cd disc tray hidden in there somewhere?

i cannot find any obvious one, but its a relatively new car(to me)
the manual mentions one but theres no obvious pictures.

or could this just be a facility to give you the option of having one installed?

it means that you can connect a CD changer to it and control it via your stereo.

Check the boot, under the seats and glove compartment for a cd changer.
