Panda head rests

I need to remove the front seat headrests on my sons old panda but cannot see how they come out. The handbook show them being removed to totally recline the fron tseats to make a double bed!

its 15 years since i had a fiat panda but I seem to recall having to just tug very very hard on the headrests to get them out. I dont remember there being a clip at the base or anything.

Try googling for a panda owners club if you get no luck on here.

Oh and that bed wont be a double, itll be tiny
