my friend has a vw i cant remember the model, but she had a service and now everytime she uses the brakes she gets a clicking noise that is getting louder. The customer service is terrible. Anyone have any clues to what it could be?? Thanx

it sounds like the abs isent working properly,i had it on my car and it was the abs sensor not working.but get it checked out
Was it a VW garage or VW specialist ? Did they use genuine VW pads ? If not, and they used what are called 'pattern' parts then they could be a slack fit in the calipers. This would result in a 'click' as the brake pedal is applied and pushes the pistons onto the pads, taking up any slackness or loose fit. If that IS the case it may be annoying, but it is quite harmless. Worth going back to get it checked, though.
