i have put a metro 1275 engine + box in to a mini for my son it was a auto 1000 cc i have converted to manual to cut a long story short the clutch in the metro was cable iv swap to master and slave + the arm off a mini bracers it works but is very stiff how can i rectify this ????????? mini is (b) reg metro was (f)

Check the bore and stroke of the master cylinder you have fitted, compared to the bore and stroke of the slave cylinder. Alternately check your pivot points on clutch, you may have put pivot in wrong hole. Does that make sense? Sounds gobblydegook but I'm sure you can picture your setup on the car
