Does anyone experience between the basingstoke and chertsey/woking exit on the m25 steering problems, ie: feels like being pulled to the left or sometimes like hitting a ice patch!!! Interested to know if its the surface or my car having some expensive problems!! Would love to hear thank you

It's the small ruts in the lanes, especially the inside lanes caused by the number of HGV vehicles, happens on a lot of trunk roads.

If you drift towards them they pull you into them.

It is hard to actually see them.
basingstoke my friend is not on the M25,if you mean the M3 exit which is junc 12 and junc 11,chertsey,then yes it will pull to the left,as there is 6 lanes at that point, including filters off to the junctions, they made the road on a slight incline to take all the rainwater away, and you will find most roads have a slight incline for the same reasons,so your car does pull very slightly to the left
Toureman is correct although it is possible to see the ruts in some places. HGVs have a wider wheelbase than cars and so you feel that you are slipping around as first the offside and then the nearside wheels go into the ruts.

NORM can't read.
