My girlfriend has an N reg vauxhall corsa. The driverside front indicator bulb needs changed but i dont have a clue how to get the bulb out. i removed the entire light from the car and found that its incased in plastic and cant see a way of getting to the bulb itself.

can anyone help?

cheers

i think there is a spring at the back of indicator, on vauxhalls, the spring should have like a keyring on end to pull, then light comes out
Yes it is like that madman, you just take the bulb out of the back of the indicater lamp.

thanks.....BUT at the back of the lamp theres a gray plastic case with three plugs going into it. 1 would be for the main lamp, 1 for the dip beams and 1 for the indicator. i tried pulling the sockets out but the woulnd budge, theres no screws, even tried to jimmy it with a screw driver but nearly broke the plastic! its weird that the back lights are so easy to change yet the front are so complicated!!

i think at the weekend im just goin to have to get a manual....or go into halfords, pick up a manual and just read it then walk out! either way a manual seems to be the way to go.

cheers anyway
Might be able to help if I knew what year a N Reg is - I',ve had 4 corsa from 94 up to present day - and happened to throw out a haynes manual for an older one last month.
Should have said - I live in N.Ireland. - we dont use letters for years over here the way you do.
