camshaft timing

can you tell me how to set up camshaft timing on renault megan scenic 1.6 petrol 1998 8valve,do you have no 1 rocking or no 4 rocking,or is it done difrently.

To get the correct answer you need to explain whether you are trying to get the camshaft timing correct, (have you renewed the belt?) or are you trying to adjust your valve gaps? or are you timing the distributor?
