Squeaky breaks.
6 Answers
My breaks sometimes make a squeaking noise. It's not all the time usually after driving a while. I had new break pads and discs about 2 months ago so i don't think they are ready to pack in just yet. The noise is quite loud and was just wondering wether i should take my car into the garage or if there is anything i can do!

If you want to do it properly you strip'em down and clean out the dust in the caliper and from the surface of the brake pads. Alternatively go the jet wash and give the calipers and spaces around them a good power wash - you'll see loads of black water - the dust - coming out and it does no harm to your brakes.
Remember to brake gently to dry them off before hitting the roads.
