Tail light not working

I was flagged down by another driver tonight and was told neither of my tail lights were working! I have no idea what to do with car stuff - do i need to go to a garage or is it something i can fix myself? Its a ford ka.

Fix it yourself.Bulbs will have blown.Just look in your handbook to see which ones you need and how to replace them.

Very rare for both bulbs to blow at the same time, probably a bigger problem, but if you have not checked them for a long time there is a slight chance it could be that.

if you have bought 2 new bulbs and they still don't work you could check to see if there is power at the bulb holders. if you don't know how to do this try asking at the car spares shop, if they are nice they might look at it for you. it might even be a blown fuse in the box.
