Escort radio leaking
After my radio would not work a few times until I had re-entered the code, it went dead altogther.
The next morning I had a very nealy flat battery. Could not really see how the two events could be linked as ignition key had been removed and car locked previous night. However, I went to the car in the dark (luckily) and even from outside could see that the radio light was on even though still not working. I had to remove the fuse feeding radio to cut out the light.
Has anyone heard of anything like this before? I have not had chance to get expert opinion so do not know if radio damaged or if fault around ignition swith feeding it.
