Vehicle licence
Can you own a vehicle that you don't have a licence for? Example.
My farther wants to buy me a motorbike but wants it in his name. But he does not want to use it and can't as he has no bike licence.

You may have to get your father to insure it as well and add you as a named driver. But as Jake said the insurance company might not like to insure somebody who is not licenced to drive that vehicle.
