another one, no,there is no chance,he will receive 6 pts at the least, and as he has only had his licence for a yr,his licence will be revoked and he will have to start all over again, which is a shame because he could be back on the road in a few months,i would ban him for 3 yrs, dont expect any sympathy on here about this,as he could have hurt someone and with no insurance, then what. silly boy, maybe this will teach him a lesson.
Got to agree with Norman Tony, at least he won't do it again.
As above, at least 6 points, bye bye licence, retest etc. I know insurance is expensive for younger drivers and I suppose it must seem an attractive one to avoid on a cost basis but it is vital, I hope he will learn from this. By the way you're probably aware but you've found Norman's favourite subject!

no he better not i was mad as hell when i found out. he told me he had it
Uninsured drivers are the pits. It took 18 months for my son to recover his costs from the MIB after a drive off by one of these low life. Of course the penalties when they get caught are less than the cost of insurance anyway, its a joke
yes norman, another one! good shout losehead! ps,ud better not read my question. (yes, norm already has!)
