Stretched Limo's etc
Anyone know the rules for driving limos etx, I mean at what point do they cease to be a car and become a PSV? Does the driver need a special licence? Training? etc. Some are just stretched a sensible yard or two but some are longer than a bus and look ridiculous! So I assume there must some length when they tecnically cease to be a car and become something else. Anyone in the know?
