Paraffin

I seem to be having difficulty finding a service station that sells paraffin. I haven`t done any major rebuilds of mechanical items for some years, & recalling warnings when leaded petrol was phased out of unleaded giving of carcinogens and being more difficult for the Fire Service to exstinguish once alight I`m reluctant to use it. Particularly as I`m being treated for the big C already! Didn`t gardeners have paraffin heaters in their greenhouses? Any suggestions?
