cooling system

i have a 1999 vauxhall astra mk4the cooling system keep emptying and have to keep filling tank up could anyone help please

Firstly, check all your hoses & the water pump (drivers side of engine), when engine has warmed up for signs of leakage.

Hi, you have 3 possible answers.
1) a hose gone, check all hoses and connections.
2) Radiators got a hole/blown check fr puddles in and around the bottom of the engine compartment and a "wet" radiator.
3) The Head Gasket has gone. Check the oil dipstick AND the oils filler cap for a yellow creamy substance.
If its 1 or 2 you can normally fix them yourself
If its 3 take it to a garage asap. Good luck any way.
