i have 3 years driving experience but is split into two 1.5 year spells as lost licence under new driver law am i entitled to supervise a learner?

you must be over the age of 21 and held a full licence fore 3 years



when did your current full licence start you must have that running for three years

Ps is it a good id ear for a Lerner to be supervised by some one who has lost there licence
