I have a leak in my petrol tank. Is it safe to drive home from work about 15 miles?

Are you in Wales? I've only got a turnip in mine!
no
as long as your smoking whilst driving you should be ok.
Now that is what I call sensible answers lol
yes 15 miles is within the government's safety guidelines on leaking petrol tanks.
so what did you do?

Changed it for a carrot - not as flammable.
r1geezer...
don't, what ever you do, drive your motor anywhere with a turnip in it. it's against the law in the uk.
you can of course export it to SWEDEn where it's perfectly legal.
hope this helps.
