i have a car that is parked at the rear of a repair garage and has sorn on it I would like to pass the vehicle over to the garage can I fill in the log book and send it to Swansea as normal

Yes, though when you sell the car it would be advisable to make sure it was noted on the receipt that the vehicle has been sold with SORN against it.
