Central locking

Anyone any idea why I cannot lock the doors of my mercedes clk320 remoteley with the key. The key is ok with the ignition.

My advice would be to ring up a Mercedes dealer near you, and ask them, as they should know if there is a problem and how to resolve it...............hopefully.

May even ask you to take it along for a look, hopefully no charge..............some dealers do!...and worth a try.

lankyal, you will most likely find that you need a new battery in your key fob.

thanks for your replies. Batteries in fob are ok I will have to check with dealer

the infra red may not be working you can check this if you have a video on your mobile you will see it glow red when you press it.
