I would have thought so....

Just buy a new bulb.
Possibly, though there are some vehicle that only have one reversing light in the first place.

There wouldn't be a problem , if it was just a bulb issue
Yes, Bazile

It would deffo fail..........but the good news is for about a £1, you'd be sorted out.............that's not bad, eh?

Best of luck with the MOT
You must be able to check somewhere on the internet what the guidelines are
Here you go..........full list of what's checked to pass..........scroll down to lights......

None of the links appear to mention reversing lights

Thanks anyway for your answers
Reverse lights not mentioned in this mot light checklist:- better to check with a garage though...

Front and rear position lamps, rear registration plate lamps, rear fog lamps
Headlamps
Stoplamps
Rear reflectors
Direction indicators and hazard warning devices
Headlamp aim
Reversing lights are not part of the MOT.
Exactly they are not even mentioned! I'm sure if you call your garage they will tell you
I have always understood the basic rule for lights and MOTs is that if it's fitted it must work, even if it's not part of the check-list.
You only need one fog light anyway
Sorry. I meant only one reversing light.

However I was right, you only need one fog light aswell.
